Summary: Rescue workers Rei and Uozumi were looking for earthquake survivors when they uncovered man-made violence. Then their squad was attacked and murdered. Some secret lurks in those ruins. To find it, Rei and Uozumi join a privately funded hostage rescue organization run out of a Tokyo bar called Chicago. They help people while they look for their own salvation.
